About Woody’s Gourmet

Using a family recipe, our first commercial product line was the Milestone Blend Fresh Herb Sea Salt. It is in recognition of our grandparents, Woodrow Wilson and June Dale. Born in 1912, our grandfather was an avid fisherman and hunter who sought refreshing and creative ways to season his game. For years, the family has made small batches of these fresh herb sea salt blends annually. After years of requests by friends for our fresh herb sea salt, we finally decided to make the Milestone Blend collection available to others. Beyond our gourmet fresh herb sea salt blends, we continue to add additional product lines as well, like our unique oak-aged cider vinegar.

What makes our products unique is that no production short cuts are taken in our effort to bring you the finest cooking ingredients. Our proprietary method of Wet Infusion™ blends essential oils of fresh ingredients with gourmet California sea salt.
