If you haven’t heard of the method of Wet Infusion™, don’t worry, it is something
unique to Woody’s Gourmet and we are proud of that fact. Wet Infusion™ is a
proprietary method we developed many years ago to blend the essential oils of
fresh ingredients with sea salt. Wet Infusion™ is superior to the more commonly used Dry Infusion process because of the essential oil transfer to sea salt.

Woody’s Gourmet’s Master Blender says, “There is something very satisfying about
coaxing complex flavors from the essential oils of fresh ingredients and then infusing
them in striking ways with sea salts.“ He adds that, “The method of Wet Infusion™
offers more flexibility and creativity to maximize the multi-dimensional flavors

The dehydration process evaporates off the essential oils and with them goes a
